Half of Galaxy Note 7 defects already replaced

Samsung says it has already replaced half of the Galaxy Note 7 units with exploding batteries, but that's only in the US.

Halfway between the terminals Galaxy Note 7 with defective batteries have already been replaced by the Samsung company, according to the Korean representatives. We are talking here only about the USA, where 1 million units of the Galaxy Note 7 were recalled to be replaced by the South Korean company, this market being the most affected by the problem.

The defective Galaxy Note 7 terminals were replaced through Samsung's program designed to replace these defective units, so it seems to have been effective, for now. According to those from Samsung, 90% of those who brought Galaxy Note 7 terminals for replacement opted for the same model, but with a battery that does not explode.

This very high percentage of customers who chose to continue using the Galaxy Note 7 suggests the fact that in front of some of the fans, those from Samsung do not have an affected image. Practically all these people keep their trust in Samsung and understand that the problem was unwanted and will most likely be avoided by the Koreans in the future.

Of course, these people had no problems with the Galaxy Note 7 and based on the good experience they had, they will most likely continue to buy Samsung terminals in the future. It is not yet known what percentage of the Galaxy Note 7 terminals with problems from other countries were replaced and if there the customers were as lenient.

"Samsung Electronics America Inc. announces today that almost half of all Galaxy Note7 terminals recalled for replacement in the US have been exchanged through the voluntary recall program. What's more, 90% of Galaxy Note7 owners have chosen to receive replacement units since the new models became available on September 21."
