Although some Americans are upset because of the new prices MacBook Pro, the Apple company seems to have found the perfect solution to reassure its customers. More precisely, some of its authorized partners already have the new MacBook Pro models available at a substantial discount, even though we are practically talking about a product that has just been launched on the market.
Checks made at Amazon revealed that the retailer is selling the space gray model of the 13-inch MacBook Pro, without Touch Bar, for $1140 and the silver model for $1299, although they cost $1499. The difference compared to the base price is enormous if we look at the space gray model, and in these conditions the purchase is worth without discussion.
Even the models with better configurations are not exempt from discounts, the 13-inch one with Touch Bar and 512 GB SSD being sold at the price of 1799 dollars instead of 1999 dollars, which it normally costs. At other retailers, the discounts are smaller, only a few tens of dollars, but they exist and confirm the fact that Apple wants to sell as much as possible.
Of course, Apple does not have discounts of this kind available in the Apple Store and will not have them soon, but its partners have them and allow customers to take advantage of a very good price. These discounts will be available in other countries as well, but in Romania I wouldn't expect you to be able to take advantage of them too soon, unfortunately.
