iOS 10.0.2 is no longer signed by Apple

iOS 10.0.2 is no longer signed by Apple starting this evening, installation being impossible.

iOS 10.0.2 is no longer signed by Apple just a few minutes after iOS 10.1.1 was officially released to users worldwide this evening. Both the release of iOS 10.1.1 and the withdrawal of iOS 10.0.2 took everyone by surprise because absolutely no one expected Apple to make such a decision at the moment.

iOS 10.0.2 was released in September by Apple for our iPhone, iPad and iPod Touches, followed by iOS 10.1 a few weeks later. iOS 10.0.2 was intended to provide fixes for performance issues and nothing more, so removing it from the installation signature doesn't affect us too much.

Even so, if you had autonomy or good performance in iOS 10.0.2 and you want to be able to install this version in the near future, well, this is not possible. Although Apple rarely releases a version of iOS while stopping the signing for another, today it has sped things up a lot, surprising everyone.

Considering the decision made by Apple today, you will no longer be able to install iOS 10.0.2 regardless of the method by which you want to do this. Let's talk about Software Update, Software Update, whether we are talking about iTunes, the installation has become impossible and you have to get used to this thought.
