In iOS 10.2 Apple has implemented three new wallpapers for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, they being the ones I saw initially during the presentation of the terminals. The Apple company does not distribute them publicly for all those interested, but they can be downloaded directly from below to be applied to your devices.
All you have to do to apply these iOS 10.2 wallpapers on your iPhone is to download them to the photo/video library, and apply them directly to your devices. For the iPad, these wallpapers do not exist yet, but I think that in the coming days a talented graphic designer will think of developing them for us.
