Samsung is developing new foldable smartphones

Company Samsung is trying to bring back to life a "dead" trend for years and years, more precisely that of foldable smartphones, or with "flap". Those from Samsung are developing two new smartphones, apparently premium, which are foldable, but they have two screens on each side of the case that will be folded, a strap allowing to stick the two screens.

If until now foldable mobile phones had a small screen on one side of the case and a physical keyboard on the other, Samsung wants to replace the keyboard with an OLED screen. In fact, both sides of the case will be made of OLED screens, the people from Samsung being of the opinion that global markets need smartphones of this kind, and maybe they are right.

Those from Samsung will produce the terminal in small quantities initially, to see how much consumer interest there is in such a product. This is what happened with the Galaxy Edge series of smartphones, with Samsung increasing production shortly after the launch of the first units.

To be honest, Samsung could "bring back" flip phones because it comes with a new idea, two touch screens on each side of the case. If the terminal will be really useful and will bring new functions, then the users will be delighted with the products, but it remains to be seen what the Koreans have prepared.

"Samsung Electronics is developing a 'dual-screen' Smartphone that uses a flat display on each side and a foldable Smartphone that bends a single flexible OLED display. amsung Electronics is currently preparing two versions of foldable Smartphones. It is heard that it will produce small amount of dual-screen Smartphones first in 2017 and examine responses from markets."
