Facebook Messenger: stickers and texts over pictures or videos

Facebook Messenger has been updated with news for recording photos and videos, which can be edited with stickers, emoji or masks.

Facebook announced today the launch of a major update for the Messenger application, more precisely a new version of the interface for the camera with which we can record pictures. In the new version of the application Facebook Messenger, the camera is in the center of attention, those from Facebook copying a variety of functions that the Snapchat application already has available.

More precisely, now Facebook Messenger offers us the possibility to write over pictures or video clips, to apply stickers or emojis, or to apply masks in real time. We are talking here about a multitude of functions that until today were not available for the Facebook Messenger application, the American company allowing us to apply a multitude of interesting effects for pictures and video clips.

Many of these new functions are available not only in Snapchat, but also in Prisma, so the integration in Facebook Messenger proves once again Facebook's desire to copy others. With 1 billion monthly active users, Facebook Messenger now offers them the opportunity to edit the videos and pictures they have in a unique way.
