Instagram takes photos in more natural colors on the iPhone 7

Company Instagram announced today the release of an update for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus that offers support for the new, larger range of colors that the terminals' cameras can capture. The Apple company announced the offering of this support since September, and now it is officially available including for the Instagram application dedicated to iOS.

Updating the Instagram application is not necessary to benefit from this change, so iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users can enjoy the novelty immediately. The new larger range of colors supported by the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will allow you to record photos and Instagram videos in much more accurate and natural colors than before.

The new feature was implemented for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus cameras in September along with a screen capable of displaying all these additional colors. The rest of the iDevices released so far and other Android terminals do not have support for this extended range of colors, so the pictures recorded with the iPhone 7 will not necessarily be clearer on other terminals.

Of course, this also applies to all the pictures already taken with the native Camera application of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, so all those who have other devices will not see anything new. Today's update is made directly from the Instagram servers, it being hidden until now, so all iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users will be able to use it without doing anything additional.
