Tesla hired one of Apple's top engineers

The Apple company lost an extremely important engineer during December, Matt Casebolt being his name, his work being seen in the Macs released over the years. He was essential in the creation of the straps that support the MacBook Air case, but he also had major contributions regarding the creation of the designs of other Apple products.

Tesla is the company that hired Matt Casebolt at the end of last year, he was going to work there in a division that most likely also develops car locking systems. Although he is not known to the general public as is the case with other Apple engineers, his work has brought to the market products that tens of millions of customers have bought.

Tesla hired a lot of Apple engineers during 2016, they left those in Cupertino to take part in a new adventure in a new company. Those from Apple did not let themselves down and hired almost as many people from Tesla for their own project aimed at developing an autonomous and electric car.

Separate from Tesla, other car manufacturing companies have hired Apple engineers and all while Apple is stealing other people's employees. In the next period, we can expect that even more Apple engineers will reach other companies, but it remains to be seen how many will be convinced to leave.
