YouTube Tools brings you full control over the YouTube app

YouTube Tools is a tweak released last night in Cydia for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touches around the world, and with its help we can have total control over the YouTube application. More precisely, using the YouTube Tools tweak, we can choose the quality of the video streams that we play via 3G/4G, but we can also block the displayed advertisements.

Separately, the new YouTube Tools tweak disables double-tap gestures, disables the pop-up with recommendations for similar videos, and the age restrictions required to view certain videos. Separately, YouTube Tools integrates a variety of other very useful changes, which you can control using a settings menu in the Settings application.

"YouTube tools brings all the necessary patches needed for the daily YouTube user. Some features include background playability, choose quality over 3G/4G, no advertisements, disable double tap guesture, disable related/suggested video pop up, no age restriction and many more. A lot more features are in the works/expected and will be available within following updates!”

YouTube Tools is available for download from Cydia's BigBoss repo.
