The information comes from a study conducted recently in the USA on over 170.000 consumers, which makes it clear that Apple has a serious problem regarding its reputation at the moment.
According to this study carried out by Reptratk, the Apple company fell to the 20th place in the list of companies with the best reputations, Samsung falling to the 70th place. Apple fell 10 places and Samsung 53, and if in the case of Koreans it is easy to understand why this happened, not in the case of Apple, especially since another recent study presented a completely different situation.
In 2011, Apple was presented by everyone as having the brand with the best reputation, but the increase in sales also brought a gradual decrease in its reputation in the wider world. However, this year's drop is the biggest so far, and even those who conducted the study do not seem to have a very clear explanation regarding the problems of those at Apple.
The fact that Apple no longer has such a good reputation was to be expected by some analysts, and this is because as you produce more and sell more, more problems appear. Of course, Apple can try to repair its reputation, but it is unlikely that it will succeed much in the near future.
