A new solution for iOS 10.2 untethered jailbreak was announced by the creator of the Yalu solution, the only one that allows us to jailbreak iOS 10. Yesterday we learned news from another hacker who had announced not only a solution for iOS 10.2 untethered jailbreak, but also one of 10.3 iOS jailbreak based on exploits used for the untethered one.
Considering that that hacker does not have the credibility of previous releases, the possible release of an iOS 10.2 untethered jailbreak solution by him is questionable. The one who has already offered us the Yalu jailbreak solution for iOS 10.2 – iOS 10 and many iDevices has more credibility for releasing an iOS 10.2 untethered jailbreak solution.
The same hacker worked with the creator of Cydia to launch Cydia Extender, an application that would automatically sign the jailbreak solution for iOS 10, but allow the installation of other applications. Cydia Extender proved to be a useless application because it requires an account paid by the developer, but we might have something almost as good.
It is not known when we will have available this solution for iOS 10.2 untethered jailbreak from any hacker, but when it is available, I will let you know.
