iOS 10 will have these new emoji characters

If you were of the opinion that iOS 10 lacks emoji characters, well, 69 new emoticons will be available in the next period in Apple's operating system. In November, the Unicode Consortium approved 51 new emoji characters for implementation in various operating systems, and now it has published a list that includes 18 more.

In the image below you can see almost all the new emoji characters that will be available starting this year in iOS 10, or maybe even in iOS 11. We are talking about new images that reproduce mermaids, dinosaurs, a multitude of facial expressions, but also some actions that people undertake during physical exercises and not only.

According to the Unicode Consortium, the new emoji characters are scheduled for release in the middle of this year, so they will probably arrive in iOS 10, but they will certainly arrive in iOS 11. We don't know yet what Apple's plans are, but we know for sure. that they will be included in an update for iOS and not too late.

So what do you think about these emoji characters?

"Emoji 5.0 is the complete list of new emojis planned for release in mid-2017. This update is currently in draft status, and currently includes emojis from Unicode 10.0, as well as flags for England, Scotland, Wales, and gender variations for characters such as Mage, Vampire, and Person Climbing. Also listed as part of this release are details of which new emojis support skin tone modifiers."
