WhatsApp will bring a very, very useful function to our iPhone terminals in the next period, it being integrated by the Apple company starting with iOS 10. In the image below you can see what kind of function of iOS 10 we are talking about, it offers us the possibility to respond to WhatsApp notifications directly from the lock screen of the terminals.
Practically, when we receive a WhatsApp message, we will no longer have to unlock our terminals to access the application and see the content of that message. Through a WhatsApp update that will be released soon, the application will allow us to see the information from the received message on the iPhone's lock screen and to respond to it.
Apple implemented this function, called rich notifications, in iOS 10, and many applications have been offering it for a few months now, but WhatsApp has avoided offering it for a long time. Well this is changing now, so the WhatsApp application will have this function available and we will be able to enjoy it on our terminals.
To be completely honest, WhatsApp should have implemented this feature since last fall, considering how many people can enjoy it on iPhone. However, it is good that we will have it available from now on, and when the WhatsApp update with this new function will be available, I will inform you through a separate article.
