iPhone 8 si iPhone 7S they have the screen and the case presented in the first images during this evening, they are already in production at some Apple partners, so their appearance is explained. We already know that Apple wants to launch this year an iPhone 8 with a 5.8-inch screen, plus an iPhone 7S and an iPhone 7S Plus that have 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch diagonal screens, respectively.
In the first image below we can see what appears to be the front panel of the iPhone 8 with that ugly cutout for the main camera, the dedicated sensors, the speaker and a microphone. Unfortunately, we notice that Apple seems to be inspired by HTC's design for the front panel, and the iPhone 8 will look pretty ugly with such a cut, but who can stop Apple now?
The second component in the image is the iPhone 8 case, which should be made of glass, with a single cut for the vertical camera. Fortunately, there is no cutout for the fingerprint reader dedicated to Touch ID, so the iPhone 8 should allow us to scan fingerprints using the screen and no dedicated physical button for this.
iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S - the first images with the screen and the case
In the second image, which you can see below, we have the same screen and the same iPhone 8 case, but this data is compared with the iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus cases. The first thing that can be easily noticed is that all three iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S cases have a similar design, but very importantly, they will all be made of glass, to facilitate wireless charging.
The design of the iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus cases will be very similar to that of the iPhone 8 case, with the exception of the cameras, the iPhone 7S being a single one, the iPhone 7S Plus having a dual one placed horizontally. This is the first physical confirmation that the iPhone 7S will have wireless charging, so the iPhone 8 will not be the only model that will enjoy this feature.
iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S will be presented together by the Apple company, but the launches will take place separately. The iPhone 8 will have a screen that covers the entire front panel, unlike that of the iPhone 7S, and the whole design should be clearly superior to any other iPhone model released so far on the market, if Apple doesn't screw something up in the meantime.
