Tim Cook: Social Networks Manipulate and Divide us

Tim Cook, the company's president Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, spoke in a recent interview about the problems Facebook and Twitter had with the US presidential elections, after which Donald Trump was elected president. Facebook and Twitter have admitted that more than 150 million Americans have seen ads made by the Russians to manipulate the country's presidential elections, a very serious situation.

According to Tim Cook, social networks manipulate and divide us, collecting a lot of data about us without telling us, in order to then sell it to anyone who needs it. Apple has said these things multiple times and boasted just as many times that it thinks differently and that it does not collect user data to sell it to others, it uses us in its own interest, however.
