iPhone X - here's how much each component costs

iPhone X has the costs broken down for each component presented in an estimate that shows us exactly the price of production of Apple's new phone.

iPhone X has the cost of each component presented by the people from IHS, they are trying to show us how to add up the amount of 370 dollars that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it pays for each unit manufactured. These days we learned two different estimates for the production costs of the iPhone X, one estimate telling us that the phone has a production cost of almost 360 dollars, but IHS has a cost of almost 370 dollars.

iPhone X has, as you already know very well, the most expensive component in the screen, with a price of 110 dollars thanks to Samsung, but at least it is the best. In second place we have a cost of 61 dollars for the glass case and the stainless steel structure of the iPhone X, these components being expensive, but the quality and resistance cost, although glass is not among the most durable materials.

iPhone X has a cost of 35 dollars for the vertical dual camera, which is more than 2 times more expensive than the TrueDepth camera, which offers more advanced functionality. The new A11 Bionic chip of the iPhone X has a production cost of 27.50 dollars, while the modem and the other chips for it cost a total of 32.25 dollars, apple paying another 33.45 dollars for the RAM memory and the NAND storage medium of the iPhone X.

The iPhone X still has prices listed for a variety of sensors, until we get to the TrueDepth camera, which costs $16.70, with the two-cell battery priced at $6. In the end, Apple pays $12 for the packaging, charger, headphones and adapter, along with the promotional materials, although separately these accessories cost almost $100, they are not special for the iPhone X.
