15 Lawsuits Accuse Apple of Intentionally Limiting the iPhone

15 lawsuits have been opened against the Apple company so far, all of them from Cupertino being accused of lying to their customers when they intentionally limit their iPhone's performance. Their number increased in a week before ca Apple to apologize to iPhone customers and to lower the price of replacing used batteries.

The lawsuits were opened mainly in the USA, only 2 of them being opened outside the American territory, one in France and one in South Korea, at least as far as is known. The complaints of the customers are about the same in all the processes, but the demands are varied, one of them demanding that Apple pay 999 billion dollars as damages.

Although those from Apple apologized to customers for the way they handled the problem of used iPhone batteries, it is unlikely that the lawsuits will disappear soon. Most of them are right to ask for compensation because Apple intentionally lied to their customers, some of them being forced to buy new iPhone models.

Among the lawsuits is also a criminal complaint filed in France, which could lead to the closure of some Apple managers who supported the company's strategy. Of course, Apple will fight in court to keep its employees free, but no one knows for sure how successful it will be, or what will happen in the other open processes.
