The AppStore continues to dominate Google Play in Q1 2018, with Apple managing to generate much more money for developers from distributed applications.

The AppStore does not have the same success in terms of application downloads, the Apple store recording 8.2 billion downloads, compared to 19.2 as recorded by Google Play. We are talking about a 135% difference in the number of downloads between the app stores of Apple and Google, and it continues to grow from one year to the next.

iPhone and iPad users have much more money to spend on applications compared to those who own Android terminals, and advertisements also generate more money for developers.
