iOS si Android appear in an extremely interesting comparison of the creators of the Speedtest application, they try to show us which of the two operating systems have higher Internet speeds. We are talking about an analysis of the tests done by Speedtest for the whole world in terms of internet speeds, and iOS is much better than Android in Romania.
You can see in the image below, that iDevices running iOS have an average Internet browsing speed of 33.81 Mbps, while Android terminals achieve a speed of 29.52 Mbps. The situation is similar for upload speeds, where iOS offers 14 Mbps, on average, while Android offers 11 Mbps, so Apple's products are also at an advantage.
iOS vs. Android in Romania: Which has HIGHER Internet Speeds?
iPhone 7 is the phone with the best mobile internet speeds in Romania, followed by Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Samsung Galaxy S8 and finally we have iPhone 6S. The big differences between the Internet speeds of iOS and Android are mainly due to the fact that on the Android platform there are many, many cheap, bad phones with low speeds that drag down the average.
In general, Android phones have much better internet speeds than iPhones, but here we are talking about the premium models, which are sold in very, very small numbers in Romania or other countries. Taking this into consideration, if it wasn't clear to everyone already, the Android platform is mainly populated by cheap and bad terminals, but fans will probably never understand which category they belong to.
