Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has announced today very bad news for customers all over the world, the Samsung company seems to have decided that a major function, expected by many people, will no longer be implemented. The information comes from a well-known leaker of information about unreleased products from Samsung, who announced a few weeks ago that the function is being tested for implementation, but it seems that it will not be offered.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would not have a fingerprint reader integrated into the screen by Samsung this year, and this after the functionality was not integrated in three other highly anticipated models of Samsung phones. From Samsung Galaxy S8 and up to Samsung Galaxy S9 the integration of a fingerprint reader in the screen was expected, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was announced as the first phone with this function, but it seems that it will not have it.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was supposed to have implemented a fingerprint reader from Qualcomm, Synaptics, or another Taiwanese company, but it is very possible that none of the solutions will be to Samsung's liking. The integration of a fingerprint reader under the screen would have allowed the removal of the one in the case, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would have been much easier to use and would have looked much better, but the technology would not be 100% ready for implementation.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would have had such a big change in the fingerprint reader on the screen that it would have motivated many customers to buy it after the launch, especially since minor changes are announced for this model. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 already has a dual camera, it will only be slightly improved, new more efficient components will be integrated into the case, with a slightly larger battery, and an augmented reality application.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would not have any major design changes, or any completely new functionality prepared by Samsung, so without a fingerprint reader under the screen, its success will be extremely limited. We saw with the Samsung Galaxy S9 that the world is fed up with "reheated soups" from the Samsung company, and if the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 does not come with something major, it will be a bigger failure than the iPhone X.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is not seen as a phone that will generate very high sales for those from Samsung, and based on what we know now, it seems that the situation is even worse than some rumors presented. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is to be launched by the Samsung company sometime in the summer of this year, at the earliest in July, at the latest in August.
