gmail this month had an important update for the interface, the company Google offering users from all over the world a major change and a multitude of new functions to use in the web version and beyond. Starting today, another important update is available for Google's Gmail platform, a very popular function being now offered by the American company in its email interface.
Gmail allows users to use @ to mention various contacts in the emails they send, just like they mention people on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other messaging applications. Gmail has this function implemented to more easily insert the email addresses of some contacts in the messages we send to various people, the functionality being implemented, if I'm not mistaken, for the first time for email services.
Gmail: SECRET Function Launched by Google
In the image above, Gmail has the new function created by Google, it is very easy for users to use, the introduction of the character @ followed by the number of a contact, automatically displaying all registered people. Choosing a contact to be inserted in an email will display a link with direction to write an email to the respective person, the new function of those from Google greatly involving sending emails through Gmail, or any other email platform.
Gmail has also implemented a function that allows the use of the + character to add a contact to the list of people who receive the respective email, those at Google thinking of all kinds of methods to simplify users' lives. Gmail has these new functions available in the web version for now, but they should also reach the mobile applications for iPhone and Android, where theoretically it should be much easier to offer these functions for global users.
