iOS 11 brought for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch a multitude of interesting functions from the Apple company, and among them is one that allows viewing the last moment when I used an application. Those from Apple have implemented this functionality together with one that automatically deletes applications that have not been used for some time.
Even if you don't have that active function, Apple still offers the possibility to see in iOS 11 the last time we used one of the applications on our phones. In the image below you can see how the functionality is offered, iOS 11 displaying these details in the menu with information about the storage space occupied by applications.

iOS 11 has data available in the menu Settings > General > iPhone Store, Configurations > General > iPhone Storage, all the applications in your phones being listed there. From there you can delete any of the applications along with the data they occupy on the iPhone and iPad, so you can quickly see what no longer needs to be saved on the phone or tablet.
How useful this function is for you remains to be convinced by yourself, but at least this way you can know how long you haven't used an application and if necessary, delete it, although iOS 11 can do this automatically.
