After years and years of waiting, this week the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), decided to finally launch the Apple Support application in Romania for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users. We are talking about an application created by those from Apple to allow its customers to more easily get help for any kind of problems, the Apple Support application having integrated almost all the support information from Apple.
The Apple Support application was also designed to help Apple customers find an authorized store or service to get a repair, and this is where its usefulness in Romania is limited. Although the Apple Support application can be used from Romania to search for information on iDevice/Mac problems, unfortunately it is not translated into Romanian.

Apple Support can still help you quickly diagnose various problems with the iPhones you own, but even those for Apple IDs or Apple Music remain unanswered. The Apple Support application is not limited to answers to problems, but also contains recommendations and tips for using the various functions of the iPhone iPad.
The Apple Support application can be run on any of the running iDevices, and in one of its sections you can also find authorized Apple services in Romania. This is very useful, because lately I have seen a lot of misleading advertisements with GSM services that advertise themselves as being authorized by Apple, but in reality they are not.
