iOS 12: How to Block Applications with an Access Code

iOS 12 has implemented a system that allows blocking applications with an access code on iPhone and iPad, but only if you try hard enough.

iOS 12 Block Access Code Applications

iOS 12 brings for users iPhone and iPad from all over the world a rather interesting feature that has been requested for years and years by just about everyone. The Apple company has finally implemented the possibility to block access to applications in iOS 12 with an access code, but the system is not quite as great as it should be in reality.

iOS 12 has implemented a function called Screen Time, Usage Time, allowing the limitation of the use of applications in everyday life on the iPhone and iPad in order to reduce the dependence on iDevices. Those from Apple implemented this function in iOS 12 with a previously mentioned purpose, but it can also be used to block access to applications with an access code.

iOS 12: How to Block Applications with an Access Code

iOS 12 allows us to block access to applications to a certain extent, but there is only the option to block entire categories of applications, or applications that we use very often. Regardless of the chosen solution, blocking access to the application is done only after a minimum of 1 minute of use, so not instantly, but from that moment, accessing the application is done only with an access code, at least on the first use after the last closure.

iOS 12 has no other method to block access to iPhone and iPad applications with an access code, and that's because Apple didn't think we'd ever need such a function. Of course, Apple is wrong and it's not the first time it does this, but at least iOS 12 brings something that allows access to certain applications to be restricted in one way or another.
