Google Docs, the online platform for creating, modifying and managing documents, has a very interesting news today from the Google company, for all users. Specifically, the company Google announced that from today Google Docs users will be able to use a natural language for searches made through the documents they store there, while the Quick Access system is activated for more users around the world.
Google Docs allows the use of this new natural language search function through the section Explore, where suggestions for searching for images, web pages, or even in Google Drive are also displayed. Google Docs now allows the use of natural and intuitive terms to search among documents and more, those from Google implementing something similar for other services, and now everyone can use the system for documents as well.
Google Docs: MAJOR Feature Released Today
Google Docs allows the description of the things we want to search for, and the system will automatically do this based on the voice command given by us, the results being approximately based on what exists in the platform. Of course, you have to speak very correctly for Google Docs to understand exactly what you say, and at the moment a limited number of languages are supported on the platform, so you have to be aware of this existing limitation as well.
"Just describe what you're looking for, and Docs will find it for you. So you can search for things like "show me slides shared with me last week" or "show me documents I created this month" and Docs will find the best results."
Google Docs also has another useful function extended to a larger number of users, the Quick Access being now available for use directly from the documents that we can create, or edit, in the platform. Google Docs has these news announced today for release by the Google company, but it will take a few weeks until they become active in the accounts of all users, so you'll have to be patient if you haven't seen them yet.
