Electra is the jailbreak solution for iOS 11.2 – iOS 11.3.1, it was launched last weekend for all iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch owners. Last night it was updated for iDevice owners around the world, version 1.0.3 of Electra is now available with support for iOS 11.4 beta 1 – beta 3, it can be downloaded from the developer's website.

Apparently, Apple is still signing at least iOS 11.4 beta 3 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, and if you want to downgrade, then Electra will also jailbreak. I have no way to confirm that iOS 11.4 beta 3 is still signed, but the creator of Electra claims that this is valid, so it remains for you to test this on your own responsibility.

iOS 11.4 beta 3 will not be signed for a very long time since there is a public jailbreak solution for this version, so either take advantage or lose the opportunity. This, according to the Electra developer, is the first time in over a year that there is a jailbreak solution for a version of iOS that can still be installed.

Electra has been used by about 100.000 people so far, according to the creator of the jailbreak solution, the number being a minuscule compared to the 1 billion active iDevices. However, it was expected that the jailbreak would lose so much of its importance after years of not having solutions offered for the public versions, and things will not change for the better.
