iPad Pro 2018 had a series of important news announced over the weekend by sources close to the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, and today we also have a confirmation for one of them. Over the weekend we were told that the Smart Connector in the iPad Pro 2018 will be moved by Apple from the side of the case just above the current Lightning connector.

iPad Pro 2018 would practically be able to be used with the Smart Keyboard only in portrait format, so its use in landscape format with this accessory would become impossible, unfortunately. The image below is taken from a sketch that would be of the iPad Pro 2018, it being sent to one of the partners who will produce some components for the new tablet.

iPad Pro 2018 with this new connector and the obligation to be used only in portrait mode together with the Smart Keyboard would be a major problem for many of Apple's customers. The Apple company promotes iPad Pro 2018 as a replacement for computers, but without the option to use it in landscape format with a keyboard, the arguments to support this promotion disappear.

iPad Pro 2018 would be much smaller than the current model, both in the version with a 10.5-inch screen and in the version with a 12.9-inch screen, Apple making big changes. Whether all this will be as announced by the rumors about the iPad Pro 2018 that have appeared so far, or not, remains to be seen, but it is quite clear that big changes are being prepared.
