Although the other mobile phone operators have already opened the pre-orders for the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, those from Digi Mobil have not yet listed the two phone models, and probably won't until the smartphones are officially launched in Romania.
Digi Mobil has not been certified by Apple to sell any iPhone model, yet, but this cannot stop them from selling the models that are already available on the Romanian market. iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max can work without problems in Digi Mobil's network, and that's because they have integrated support for the frequencies used by the operator owned by RCS & RDS, so you won't have any problems with them.

Digi Mobil should put iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max on sale at prices that are similar to those of eMAG, for example, and that's because that's what happened in the past, with the possibility that they will be slightly higher. Since Digi Mobil does not buy the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max phones from Apple, it is normal to sell them at higher prices than the official partners, because they have to pay a slightly higher price for these products.
Digi Mobil is the fourth largest mobile operator in Romania, and even if it is not certified by Apple, this does not mean that it will not receive the certification, although it will take some time until this happens. In the meantime, you will be able to use the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max phones in Digi Mobil's network without any problems, as is the case with current Apple phone models, so you don't have to worry about this.
