iPhone XS Max: Is Face ID faster than iPhone X?

iPhone XS Max was launched by Apple with a faster Face ID, here is my experience compared to what iPhone X offers to users.

iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max were launched by the Apple company with the promise that Face ID is faster than in the case of the iPhone X, which people constantly complained about. The truth is that Face ID in iPhone X is a bit slow sometimes, and to my joy, iPhone XS Max solves this problem to a certain extent, facial unlocking with Face ID being faster.

The iPhone XS Max is not much faster than the iPhone X in terms of the speed of unlocking through Face ID, but there is a noticeable difference in this process. It is most easily visible when the unlocking is done without accessing the main application page, in this situation the iPhone XS Max is faster than the iPhone X without any discussion.

iPhone XS Max: Is Face ID faster than iPhone X?

The iPhone XS Max is not much faster than the iPhone X when it comes to fully unlocking and getting to the main page of applications, here the difference is much smaller. If in case of unlocking for LockScreen, iPhone XS Max is faster than iPhone X, in the applications there is no difference between them, or if there is, it is imperceptible, unfortunately.

The iPhone XS Max is faster than the iPhone X in some respects, but in terms of Face ID, which the Apple company says is noticeable to a small extent, and only through LockScreen. Maybe through future updates of iOS 12 the performance of the iPhone XS Max for Face ID unlocking will be improved, but my experience does not confirm what Apple says.
