HomePod Box Transformed into a BOMB by a former NASA Engineer

HomePod had the box turned into a bomb by a former NASA engineer, that's why he resorted to such an extreme method to modify it.

A former NASA engineer found a novel solution to fight thieves who steal packages with products delivered after online purchases made in the USA, and his whole story is below. Using the experience accumulated over years and years of building various gadgets, including for NASA, the engineer created a device with which he managed to defeat thieves.

More precisely, he transformed the box of a HomePod speaker into a "glitter" bomb, it being smelly at the same time, all requiring several months of development. An Arduino board was placed in the box that controlled four mobile phones that were turned on to record everything that happens around them if that box was lifted and moved.

The box could be monitored through the GPS of the phones, it being recovered in this way by the engineer, but only after it was triggered by a thief who stole it from the front of the house. The whole story is very interesting, but maybe a bit exaggerated for what a normal person would do to catch a thief.
