Talk about function unsend for Facebook Messenger that allows the withdrawal of messages sent to other people within the platform, it being announced after implementation after it was discovered that Facebook secretly deleted messages from some users' accounts.
Facebook Messenger. The deleted messages were those of the president of the company, and of other people in the management, they disappeared from the conversations they had with certain journalists from the USA over time. No one believed that Facebook Messenger could do this, and after the news reached the "ears" of the whole world, the company announced that it will offer it publicly for all users, otherwise it risks a rather large fine in the US because of it.
Facebook Messenger. This is the MUCH WANTED NEW Feature
Facebook Messenger. The image above was taken on an Android phone on which the feature is currently offered, it being available in the process of testing with users to see if it can be released publicly. Of course, no one from Facebook Messenger announced this, users simply discovering that they have such a function available, and that they can use it to delete messages that were sent in conversations.
Facebook Messenger. Although it will be possible to delete messages from conversations with other people, you must know that they will see a message informing them that certain parts of some conversations have disappeared. Facebook Messenger will have this new feature available sometime in 2019, but for now it is not very clear when, although it is expected that Facebook will not delay the moment when it will offer it publicly.
