WhatsApp. A special function is being prepared by the company owned by Facebook, it will offer users something they have been waiting for a while, this being an improvement for another very popular function from messaging application. More precisely, WhatsApp is currently in the process of testing a function that will allow you to add stickers to conversations, and not only that, directly from the third-party keyboards that we use on our phones when we write.
WhatsApp. Until now, only the beta version of Gboard, developed by Google, has implemented support for the use of stickers, but there will certainly be support in other applications available now. Gboard already had a function that allows sending stickers to various contacts, and WhatsApp is going to work through it to facilitate the use of sticker packs that are available from both Google and Facebook.
WhatsApp will also have stickers for third-party keyboards
WhatsApp. You can see in the image above how the integration that Gboard is going to have for stickers looks, but the same thing should also be offered by other applications with third-party keyboards. You probably already know that third-party keyboards are very popular on both iOS and Android, and WhatsApp wants to offer people with this type of software the opportunity to send stickers quickly, without having to switch between different keyboards.
WhatsApp. Even if until now those from Facebook have only collaborated with Google for the functionality to be officially implemented, other third-party applications will also have everything available. Unfortunately, it is not yet known how long it will take for this functionality with stickers for third-party keyboards to be available within the WhatsApp application, but as soon as everything is available, I will let you know.
