Google Maps. The new MAJOR Function to USE

Google Maps. A very important new function was launched this week by the Google company for all users of the application, here's what it brings.

Google Maps traffic jam

Google Maps. This week, Google launched a new feature worldwide that aims to help users all over the planet, and you have to use it for it to take effect. More precisely, this week Google Maps has launched a function that allows reporting of traffic jams, as it happens in the case of Waze, so that drivers can find out much earlier if it is possible to reach an area where they will be stuck.

Google Maps. Until now, the online map application took data from the drivers in a certain area to transmit to others that there was a traffic jam, but this can also be reported manually. Google Maps displays a new option for drivers in the interface, allowing them to mark a certain area as "congested", the options having the names "congestion" or "slowdown", depending on the country in which it is active for users.

Google Maps. The option to mark a certain area as congested appears in the menu through which users can also report radars or accidents, so it should not already be available in any other menu. It is also logical to see this new option offered by Google Maps in the respective menu, so that drivers can offer other drivers the opportunity to discover in advance whether a certain area can be crossed by them or not.

Google Maps. The functions for reporting incidents, or radar cameras, were taken directly from Waze by those from Google, considering that they also own that platform for online maps. Now Google Maps also offers this useful function, and the application should become at least as useful as Waze, which should increase its degree of use among drivers, which is exactly what they want at the time of the Google girl.

Google Maps. The new function was launched this week, if it doesn't appear in Romania yet, then you have to be a little more patient, because it probably hasn't spread yet.
