Samsung made an official announcement through its representative regarding a very important phone in connection with which new information is expected, but things are not quite as simple as they seem at first glance. Specifically, a representative of Samsung for the Czech Republic and Slovakia stated that for now there is no plan for the launch of the Samsung GALAXY FOLD, although passed the checks after revision, which shows that the situation is not resolved.
Samsung would have focused more on the launch of the Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10 than on the return to the market of the Samsung GALAXY FOLD, and this is perfectly normal, because the launch of both models would not be very timely. Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10 and Samsung GALAXY FOLD are intended for the same type of people, business people, and although they have different prices, it is possible that the first affects the sales of the second, or vice versa.
Samsung still does not know when it will release the GALAXY FOLD
Interestingly, a few days ago I found out that the new phone was sent for testing, in the revised version, to Korean employees, partners, experts in the smartphone industry, and university professors. Everyone seems to have confirmed for Samsung that the GALAXY FOLD's problems have been completely resolved, but it seems that for now there is no clear plan to put the phone back on sale, so fans will have to wait for it.
Since Samsung's regional spokesperson for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, David Sahula, says that no new information about the launch of the Galaxy Fold has been given, it is highly unlikely that the device will hit the market anytime soon. Previously, it was believed that Samsung's first foldable phone would be released before the end of the summer.
However, we know very clearly that Samsung is actively testing the GALAXY FOLD even in the real world, and that some units have already been seen in public, but even so, it seems that the situation is not completely over. It would not be excluded that Samsung will postpone the launch of the GALAXY FOLD until September, in order to steal a little more of the attention that iPhone 11 it has, but this will not affect Apple's sales to any extent.
