The man who is accused of kidnapping the two girls from Olt.

The 112 emergency service is designed to save lives, and the Police to protect them, and implicitly save when needed, but the case of the girls from Olt who disappeared in the same county, or Caracal, shows us that we are far from what we see in American movies . A call to 112 can save your life, and one of the kidnapped girls managed to call the emergency service last night, giving clues about her location, and was then located by the authorities, who also sent police teams in front of the house.

Although the police arrived there, and at 04:00 hours screams could be heard from the house which clearly indicated that a person was in danger, the home search did not begin until 06:00 hours, when "the warrant would have been obtained ". The law says that between 20:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m. it is forbidden to search homes, unless it is flagrant, and now this was not the case, and the screams heard by the neighbors did not matter, the police entered home in the morning at 06:00, probably because legally they could not do otherwise.

Several police teams arrived in front of the house after calling 112, after the neighbors also called and announced what was happening, but even so, the police did not enter the house. After the search, they discovered cremated bones and the girl's clothes, a sign that it is possible that she was killed overnight as they guarded the entrances and exits, but could not enter the house, despite the call made by the victim to the 112 emergency service.

"The missing girl from Dobrosloveni called last night, she announced: I am in a big, old, almost abandoned house, there is a lot of grass in the yard, bushes and she has two wolf dogs, she is in a service station. At that moment he took the phone: "Who are you talking to?". It was a telephone with buttons, what is being said here. And when he hung up, the people from 112, or I know how it happened, located the call. After the phone call, they came to the address, but absolutely no one came in, because at 4.00:112 in the morning it was heard - «Leave me alone, you're killing me! Leave me, you're killing me!". The neighbors called 3, 4-6,00 police teams came and walked on the street in front of the yard until 6,00:XNUMX. At XNUMX:XNUMX a.m. they entered the yard because that's when they obtained a search warrant. Alexandra told them on the phone that she was the kidnapped girl when she was waiting for a used car."

The story of "waiting for the warrant" until exactly 06:00 a.m. has more to do with the law that prohibits home searches than with the lack of it, and that's because judges work non-stop and can sign the documents at any time. Normally, when a person is in danger, you have the obligation to intervene as a simple citizen, not necessarily as a body of public order, but the law in Romania is made in such a way that the right to property takes precedence over human life.

The call to 112 was located quickly, the requests for help came, but when you look at other countries and see that simple broken help cards allow the police to enter anywhere, even without a warrant to save a life, and what happens in Romania, it's as if you wonder if there's something wrong with everything.

UPDATED: It seems that even STS had problems, and transmitted three wrong locations for another call made by one of the girls during the day of July 24, and so the case from a few years ago with the plane that crashed in the mountains is repeated.

"There was a call from the missing girl on the 24th, yesterday, the people from STS sent us an area in the Apuseni Mountains and three wrong locations. The IPJ Olt went there and found nothing. Those from Dolj who were in the area got involved with what they had. That's how they arrived in the area of the respective location and saw a car that had been on the pictures several times. At six in the morning they searched and found several human remains with some rings and jewelry in a barrel. The remains will be expertized."
