"Considering the information that has appeared in the public space and the questions received during this period regarding the maintenance of the validity of the scraps that expire during the state of emergency, CNAIR informs the users of the national road network and highways that the scraps DO NOT FALL into the category of "documents issued by the authorities public", which is why their validity ends at the end of the last day of the period for which the tariff was paid."
