The Romanian Police is trying to clarify as many of the factual situations that both agents and people encounter, following the adoption of military ordinances, all so that people are not fined for violating them during their travels.

"Question: Can I bring my grandmother aged over 65 from her home to our home address which is located at a greater distance, in another county?
Answer: This possibility is provided by art.1 letter d from Military Ordinance no. 3.
If the trip to bring an elderly person (over 65 years old) is made for the purpose of being cared for or providing medical treatment, we recommend that this trip preferably be done between 11-13 or not much later than much this interval.
