During the state of emergency, those from ING decided to change the schedule of the agencies all over the country, and this to be able to have the opportunity to receive customers without creating agglomeration, and to be able to properly sanitize all the locations where people came with various problems .
ING also decided to give priority to elderly citizens, as recommended including in the military ordinances that were adopted during the state of emergency in Romania. This meant that between certain hours not all clients could be received, while after midday there is a period during which disinfection is carried out in the ING agencies, the latter procedure still remaining for all clients throughout the country.
