The coronavirus remains a problem and a mystery not only for Romania, but also for experts from all over the world, the virus being at the center of a new discovery almost every day, and it is important to remember that the danger has not yet disappeared, so we must continue very vigilant.
On the other hand, the number of people cured after infection with the new Coronavirus is increasing, which is good news, but we must not forget that we must remain extremely vigilant in order to protect ourselves, and to protect everyone the others.
As you can see, the situation is not exactly good, and this is because the number of new infections remains close to the value of 200 per day, that is, it is not decreasing, but in a variation between constant and increasing, which shows that the situation is still problematic in Romania.
The even bigger problem is that on June 15 a new set of relaxation measures will follow, and it is very possible that the number of new infections will continue to increase, perhaps until new restrictive measures are introduced for the citizens of Romania.
"Until today, June 10, on the territory of Romania, 20.945 cases of people infected with the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) have been confirmed. Of the people confirmed positive, 15.103 were declared cured and discharged.

At the same time, so far, 1.360 people diagnosed with infection with COVID-19, admitted to hospitals in Dolj, Bucharest, Iași, Suceava, Arad, Bacău, Timiș, Cluj, Neamț, Hunedoara, Constanța, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Ialomița, Bistrița- Năsăud, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Vrancea, Galati, Caraș-Severin, Mureș, Giurgiu, Bihor, Argeș, Vaslui, Botoșani, Alba, Sălaj, Brașov, Mehedinți, Teleorman, Gorj, Prahova, Vâlcea, Calarasi, Maramureș, Olt, Ilfov, Harghita, Tulcea and Buzau, died.
Since the last information sent by the Strategic Communication Group, another 196 new cases of illness have been registered.
At the moment, 150 patients are admitted to the ATI.
On the territory of Romania, there are 2.212 people in institutionalized quarantine. Another 99.349 people are in isolation at home and are under medical monitoring.
Up to this date, at the national level, 520.564 tests have been processed.
In the last 24 hours, 465 calls were registered to the single emergency number 112 and 1.397 to the TELVERDE line (0800 800 358), opened specifically for informing citizens.
As a result of the violation of the provisions of Law no. 55 of 15.05.2020 regarding some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the police and gendarmes applied, in the last 24 hours, 141 contraventional sanctions, worth 154.650 lei.
Also, through the competent structures of the Police, yesterday, 5 crimes were detected for thwarting the fight against diseases, an act provided for and punished by art. 352 Criminal Code.
At the same time, on June 9 this year, 102 people who did not comply with the measure of home isolation or quarantine were placed in institutionalized quarantine for 14 days or institutionalized quarantine was ordered for a new period of 14 days.
Regarding the situation of Romanian citizens in other countries, 3.304 Romanian citizens have been confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 (coronavirus): 1.885 in Italy, 561 in Spain, 84 in France, 617 in Germany, 97 in Great Britain , 28 in the Netherlands, 2 in Namibia, 3 in the USA, 4 in Austria, 3 in Belgium, 6 in Japan, 2 in Indonesia, 2 in Switzerland, 2 in Turkey and one each in Argentina, Tunisia, Ireland, Luxembourg, United Arab Emirates United, Malta, Brazil and Sweden. From the beginning of the epidemic of COVID-19 (coronavirus) until this moment, 114 Romanian citizens abroad, 31 in Italy, 19 in France, 43 in Great Britain, 9 in Spain, 6 in Germany, 2 in Belgium, one in Sweden, one in Switzerland, one in the US and one in Brazil, have died.
Among the Romanian citizens confirmed with the new coronavirus, 28 were declared cured: 9 in Germany, 9 in France, 6 in Japan, 2 in Indonesia, one in Luxembourg and one in Tunisia.
