Coronavirus Romania: 24.291 Cases, Recoveries Announced on June 22, 2020

Coronavirus Romania Cases Cured June 22

The situation of the Coronavirus pandemic in Romania is very worrying, the last 4 days have brought us announcements with over 300 new infections detected in the country, which shows us that things are going in the completely wrong direction, and this should make us even more attentive to compliance with protective measures.

The number of cured people no longer exceeds the number of daily infections, just like during the state of emergency, the infection rate has doubled, and the number of people hospitalized in intensive care is increasing, so the situation does not show us that we will have a summer quiet, unfortunately.

246 new cases were confirmed today in Romania, but for only 4300 tests, and the positivity rate is very high, 5%, compared to 1%, which was before the relaxations of June 15, which is extremely worrying , as the authorities have been warning us for some time.

Coronavirus Romania situation June 22

The authorities in Romania expect the daily number of cases to double, or even triple, and say that it is very possible that new relaxation measures will not come since the number of infections continues to grow uncontrollably after a period of almost total freedom.

"Until today, June 22, on the territory of Romania, 24.291 cases of people infected with the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) have been confirmed. Of the people confirmed positive, 17.031 were declared cured and discharged.
