Huawei: UNPRECEDENTED Decision Taken Today in Europe as well

Huawei is at the center of an unprecedented decision that was taken today in Europe, here's what happened and how much it matters to everyone.

Huawei compromised

Huawei it is at the center of an unprecedented decision taken today in a very important European country, but it is one that was expected by many people because of the situation in which we find ourselves at the moment. More precisely, Great Britain took the decision to ban the telecommunications equipment of the Huawei company in its high-speed 5G network, but also requested the elimination of those used now, the deadline being the year 2027, so the operators have enough time.

Huawei there is no one left to see 5G equipment in Great Britain because all the ones used now must be removed in 7 years, and the operators will not be able to buy new ones after December 31. This leaves a few months in which the telecommunications operators can buy 5G equipment from Huawei to use in their telephone networks, in order to remove them in 7 years, after they make their profit, and the country works anyway with their products .

Huawei: UNPRECEDENTED Decision Taken Today in Europe as well

Huawei could sell in the coming months enough telecommunications equipment in Great Britain to cover the needs of the networks for 7 years, when the switch to 6G will probably be made. In the 7 years, the operators will be able to use the 5G equipment, also from Huawei, which they buy until December 31, so basically the UK did absolutely nothing of what the Americans want, but just made fun of them with this decision.

"UK mobile phone providers are banned from buying new Huawei 5G equipment after December 31 and must also remove the Chinese firm's 5G kit from their networks by 2027. As US sanctions only affect future equipment, the government does not believes there is a security justification for removing Huawei-supplied 2G, 3G and 4G equipment."

Huawei loses here more for the future generation of telecommunications networks, i.e. 6G, and this is because in the case of 5G the operators will continue to use and buy its equipment, until December 31. The operators can cover the costs of launching 5G networks, and financing the replacement of Huawei equipment until 2027, because the way the current government decision was thought leaves room for the continuation of the collaboration with the Chinese.

Huawei he did not have the ban that we saw in the USA, where his equipment was completely banned by Donald Trump, right from the start, but in Great Britain the situation is different.
