Raed Arafat: the second order to quarantine a locality, cancelled

Raed Arafat quarantine order cancelled

Raed Arafat, the head of the DSU, had the second order for the quarantine of a locality canceled by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, a decision that surprised a lot of people, especially since these orders came under the new law for isolation and quarantine, voted even in the Romanian Parliament.

Raed Arafat had this order canceled for two localities in Arad county where quarantine was imposed to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, so we are talking about an unusual situation with orders given on the basis of a law voted by Parliament just recently, after too many revelations, they have no legal support.
