Klaus Iohannis held a new press conference today in which he spoke about the situation of the Coronavirus pandemic in Romania, and not only, being asked again if it is possible to return to the state of emergency in our country, considering the large number of registered cases in the last month.
Klaus Iohannis says that despite the large number of new daily cases, the return to the state of emergency is not taken into account, which we already knew a few weeks ago, so we will not see any similar decision imposed by the authorities in Romania too soon .
"Through the measures taken, after that legislative vacuum, things have not returned to normal, but at least we have a growth that is linear and we can say that things are more or less under control.
The world has realized that this is no joke and we must protect ourselves. Under these conditions, we probably won't have significant increases and then all things can be carried out in compliance with the specific rules", declared Klaus Iohannis."
