Coronavirus Romania: New Cases, Cures Announced on October 8, 2020

Coronavirus Romania Cases Cured October 8

Unfortunately, yesterday brought us new negative records in Romania, both in terms of the number of new cases and in terms of deaths, or people admitted to intensive care, the situation becoming extremely serious in our country, according to the authorities.

Things have reached such a serious point that new restrictions have been announced to be imposed in the following period, without resorting to the state of emergency for the time being, but if the threshold of 4000 new daily infections is exceeded, almost anything becomes possible and in the case of our country.

Considering the way the Coronavirus pandemic has evolved in Romania, it is expected that by mid-October the threshold of 4000 new cases will be reached every day, or maybe even 5000, since we have already reached 3000 in a huge leap from the previous record.

"Until today, October 8, on the territory of Romania, 145.700 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.

113.112  patients were declared cured.

Following the tests carried out at the national level, compared to the last report, 3.130 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, these being cases that have not previously had a positive test.
