Nelu Tataru, the Minister of Health, tells us today that a quarantine of Bucharest by sectors is impossible, this is in complete contradiction with what the general mayor of the capital, Nicusor Dan, said just a few hours ago, on a show that was recorded by DIGI 24.
Nelu Tataru says that the sectors are difficult to isolate, just as Bucharest is difficult to separate from Ilfov, so if it is about a quarantine, then both the capital and the Ilfov county should be quarantined so that everything has the effects wanted by the authorities.
"We are in evaluation. From my point of view, Bucharest is difficult to differentiate in sectors and isolated, just as it is very difficult to differentiate Bucharest from Ilfov in general. At this moment we are in the perspective of managing each individual case, isolating or quarantining people, with a very clearly followed epidemiological investigation and monitoring by the family doctor."
