Coronavirus Romania: New Cases, Cures from November 22, 2020

Coronavirus Romania New Cases November 22

The Coronavirus pandemic continues with great force in Romania during this period, and this is because the number of daily infections continues to be very high, which also raises very big problems for the authorities who are unable to bring things to some kind of normal, unfortunately .

The figures regarding the number of people admitted to ATI, as well as deaths, continue to be very high, the situation itself being extremely problematic, but this is not exactly something that we were not warned about by the authorities, who have been saying for several weeks that things they will become more and more serious for everyone.

The authorities still do not want to impose new restrictions on Romanians, which of course is not very good news, but on the other hand, they are trying to convince more and more people to respect the protection measures, but this is not really so simple, unfortunately for all of us.

"Until today, November 22, on the territory of Romania, 418.645 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID-19) have been confirmed.

295.148 patients were declared cured.

Following the tests carried out at the national level, compared to the last report, 5.837 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, these being cases that have not previously had a positive test. *Regarding the "new cases not allocated by county", we specify that their number is determined by the changes made to the electronic platform through which the test results for the new coronavirus are reported and centralized. Thus, according to the new methodology, the test centers directly enter the results of the tests carried out, following which the epidemiological investigation is carried out at the level of the Public Health Directorates and the positive cases are assigned to the county/locality to which the infected persons belong.

The coefficient of cumulative infections per 14 days, reported per 1.000 inhabitants, is calculated by the Directorates of Public Health, at the level of the Municipality of Bucharest and the counties. Below you have the graph made based on the reports received by the CNCCI from the Public Health Directorates:
