iPhone 12 Mini sales are far below Apple's expectations, according to information from CIRP, a company specialized in analyzing sales on the mobile phone market, the new phone model not being exactly the customers' favorite.

The iPhone 12 Mini seems to register only somewhere around 5% - 7% of the total sales of Apple's iPhone phones, which is very little since the expectations were very high for this phone model, but it seems that all the models with large screens are in consumer preferences.

The iPhone 12 was the model in the series that sold the best of all, with a total of 27% of the sales recorded in the US by the phones launched last fall, and this is normal, because the iPhone 11 also sold very well during the past year.

"The ‌iPhone 12‌ models gained significant traction at launch, but with mixed results, as the iPhone 12 mini‌ seems to have gotten lost among the other models," said Josh Lowitz, CIRP partner and co-founder. Apple released not only a wider range of new Models than ever before, but they also split the release into two pairs of models, so comparison with previous releases is difficult. Additionally, Apple released a new iPhone SE earlier in the year, further complicating the lineup.”
