Vodafone Flex was announced by the Romanian telecommunications operator in the past few days as its first digital subscription, a competitor to Yoxo, offered by Orange since 2020.

Bucharest, February 02, 2021 – Vodafone Romania launches Flex, the first subscription from the operator's offer that can be configured and managed exclusively digitally. Vodafone Flex innovates mobile communications services by introducing the first fully digital subscription on the market that offers 100% flexibility, being the only one of its kind that offers users the opportunity to change their benefits whenever they want, even weekly, depending on current needs and without contract period.
By concept Flex, Vodafone opens a new road in Romania in terms of flexibility, control and comfort. Thus, customers now have the opportunity to change their subscription benefits as many times as they want during a month. Moreover, customers who will not be able to pay their subscription in a certain month will be able to continue receiving calls during a grace period without being disconnected.

Subscriptions Flex are a product characterized by flexibility and total control. Users have the possibility, at any time, to completely modify their existing offer or to add to it packages with national and international minutes and SMS, as well as GB of mobile internet, but also to temporarily stop the subscription depending on specific communication needs. In addition to flexibility and unlimited benefits, the new subscriptions offer users access, regardless of the subscription value, to Vodafone Romania's 5G network.
Subscriptions Flex offers a completely digital experience through the My Vodafone application. At the end of the subscription configuration process, customers will receive the new SIM card at the specified address. Total control of Flex is completed by the exclusively digital payment method. Thus, users have access to a payment system similar to that intended for video streaming services, with a monthly recurrence that can be modified at any time according to the user's needs.
Flex is available to users of mobile services in Romania, regardless of the mobile network, without the contractual period, for a cost starting from 7 euros for 30 days. For example, in the case of the subscription Flex 9 customers receive 100GB of mobile internet traffic, unlimited national minutes and SMS, but also 400 international minutes and SMS for only 9 euros.
Subscriptions Flex they bring the same completely digital experience, including porting to the Vodafone network. Users from other networks can port simply and quickly, directly in the My Vodafone application.
