The Milky Way: RARE Discovery that STUNNED ALL of Mankind

The Milky Way has revealed a very rare discovery made by scientists, this is why they were amazed by what they saw in the universe.

The Milky Way flows

Milky way is at the center of a very rare discovery that has amazed all of humanity, and this is because scientists are very difficult to make observations of this kind in the universe of which we are a part. More precisely, scientists managed to discover in the Milky Way galaxy a stream of stars that includes hundreds of such objects that are "related" to each other, not different.

Milky way it has multiple streams of stars discovered by scientists, all with the name Theia, but the one with the name Theia 456 stood out in the research done. More precisely, scientists have come to the conclusion that all 468 stars that are in this stream are related to each other, something that until now did not seem possible, but which shows us that in the Milky Way there are many more related objects between them than was believed until now.

The Milky Way: RARE Discovery that STUNNED ALL of Mankind

Milky way has discovered in this special stream the fact that the stars have serious similarities in terms of the amount of iron they are composed of, and this is a clue that they are "related". The stars would also have an age of over 100 million years, and this is because the way they rotate around the axis is different compared to other "younger" stars in the Milky Way, and this is how the researchers managed to establish and when they were formed.

"We tend to point our telescopes in other directions because it's easier to find things. We are now beginning to find these flows in the galaxy itself. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. Or in this case, finding a wave in an ocean. This can be used to measure how fast the stars are spinning. Stars of the same age should show a distinct pattern in their spin rates. If you know how the stars move, you can go back to find out where the stars came from. As I turned back the clock, the stars got closer and closer. So we believe that all these stars were born together and have a common origin."

Milky way it is full of stars, and of the hundreds of Theia streams that have been discovered, only in this one have we seen similarities between the stars both in terms of chemical composition and the way they rotate. Moreover, it seems that the stars in this flow from the Milky Way also go in the same direction, and scientists can also establish, based on this discovery, where exactly they started, so we are talking about another observation major.

Milky way it will certainly have other very important discoveries made in the near future, and we will most likely see other major observations from our galaxy.
