DACIA Duster Facelift: Serious Change for the New Car

DACIA Duster Facelift clutch

DACIA Duster Facelift is the new SUV model that DACIA wants to launch sometime at the end of this month for customers all over the world, and we are talking about a series of very interesting changes prepared. We have already told you about the fact that the DACIA Duster Facelift will have the new headlights in the shape of the letter Y, i.e. those on the Logan 3, but also new taillights also taken from there, along with the new infotainment system that was implemented for those models cars.

DACIA Duster Facelift will not only come with that, and that's because in this model the double-clutch gearbox, EDC, which was initially offered with the first version of Duster 2 launched by the company, will be brought back. At some point the people from DACIA decided to give up this gearbox, it being replaced with the current ones, but it seems that things are changing again, so that the DACIA Duster Facelift will benefit from this change for some engines.

DACIA Duster Facelift: Serious Change for the New Car

The DACIA Duster Facelift will have this double-clutch gearbox, according to the French press, only for the 1.3 TCe engines, which will offer 130 and 150 horsepower, respectively. In the case of the rest of the engines that will be used with the DACIA Duster Facelift, the double-clutch gearbox will not be available, so all customers will only be left with the options that are still offered by the Romanian manufacturer, which is not exactly news bad for us.

DACIA Duster Facelift should not be much more expensive than the models that are now sold on the market, despite the fact that it will have a series of quite interesting novelties offered to customers. The changes that the DACIA Duster Facelift will bring could increase the price of the top models by up to 500 euros, compared to the current ones, but apart from that, no other change is expected for the selling prices of the cars.

The DACIA Duster Facelift should be officially presented at the end of this month, but the launch could only take place sometime around September, according to the French media.
